How do I freeze or deactivate my Ambar account?
You have the option to either freeze or deactivate your Ambar account and discontinue your association with the community at any time.
What is the difference between freezing and deactivating my account?
- Freezing: A freeze is a temporary break from Ambar. Should you find yourself temporarily unable to collaborate with Ambar due to personal or professional reasons and you wish to halt notifications from the Community, you have the flexibility to freeze your account.
- Deactivating: Deactivation is a permanent departure from Ambar. If you choose to deactivate your account entirely, be mindful that you will need to undergo our certification process again should you decide to rejoin the community.
How do I freeze or deactivate my account?
To initiate the process, simply write an email to ambarcommunity@ambarpartners.com expressing your intent to freeze or deactivate your Ambar account. We will follow up with a form for you to complete. The deactivation or freezing process will only be concluded once this form has been submitted.
